Our trusted customer, is looking for Sitework Laborers in Concord, NH for a full-time, temp-to-permanent opportunity.
Job Duties- Assist with site clearing, grading, excavation, and general sitework
- Help install underground utilities, including water, sewer, and drainage systems
- Perform trenching, back filling, and compaction
- Assist with foundation preparation and site development
- Operate hand tools, power tools, plate compactors, and other jobsite equipment
- Help with digging, moving materials, and general labor as needed
- Load, unload, and transport materials around the jobsite
- Assist operators and other tradespeople with daily sitework activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company and OSHA safety requirements
- Previous construction, sitework, or laborer experience preferred
- Experience with underground utilities, pipe installation, excavation, or dirt work is a plus
- Basic heavy equipment experience is a plus
- Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on uneven terrain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to travel to jobsites throughout Southern New Hampshire
- Union operators contract available; this position is focused on general sitework and labor
