Customer Service Rep
As a Seasonal 7-11 Month Customer Service Representative you will address various customer needs such as account maintenance, billing inquiries, product orders, and overall communication with the company. Your goal is to deliver exceptional customer service, handling incoming calls and ensuring efficient product delivery interactions. Success will be measured by your ability to provide excellent customer service.

- Provide quality care to customers by taking ownership of all inquiries related to heating oil, propane, and diesel service and delivery
- Serve as the point of contact for customers, ensuring excellence through verifying and updating account information, troubleshooting, and resolving concerns
- Provide accurate information on products and services and educate customers about them
- Perform account maintenance, ensuring records are up to date and accurate
- Partner with other departments to follow up on all customer inquiries
- Contribute to a team environment by performing other duties as required
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Must be able to work weekends
- Ability to multi‑task and manage time effectively
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- ADDS software experience is an asset
- 2+ years of experience working in customer service
