Salary: $20 – $30 per hour

• Greet members and verify membership sign‑ups.
• Accept guest payments and answer incoming calls.
• Schedule racquetball and tennis courts and hand out equipment.
• Answer member questions and refer issues to management when necessary.
• Assist participants with registration, take class and retail bills, and input data into the gym registration system.
• Process key fobs and manage membership information.
• Monitor security alerts, follow up with the customer service manager, and track front‑desk cameras.
• Complete work assignments, manage priorities, and collaborate with managers, colleagues, and cross‑functional teams.
• Provide feedback and recommend improvements.

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to analyze data and insights.
• Proficiency with retail software applications.
• Experience in income-related duties (as applicable).
