• Work intently with crew leaders and coordinators to meet goals in conceptualization and development of photographs, illustrations, and layouts.
• Create designs with robust artistic sensibilities for a variety of initiatives.
• Pitch creative standards to team leaders and creative coordinators.
• Complete all layout assignments to satisfy the desires of customers and the expectations of branch patrons while meeting technical requirements.
• Meet all time limits while juggling multiple tasks.
• Maintain cutting‑edge knowledge of layout developments.
• Proactively solve problems with stamina and intelligence.
• Collaborate with team members to foster partnership among groups.
• Maintain an orderly notebook.
• Follow all artwork and innovation protection regulations, including proper use of PPE.
• Adapt to additional responsibilities.
• Contribute to group effort by meeting responsibilities with a positive mindset.

• Strong knowledge of layout and print/internet manufacturing.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent organizational skills to prioritize multiple responsibilities without compromising quality.
• Strong typography abilities, both visual and technical.
• Strong form and composition skills.
• Ability to demonstrate design concepts as requested.
• Expertise in current market developments and customer behavior.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Mac and Microsoft office applications.
• Superior knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.

• Ability to carry out duties at the company workplace in Oklahoma City (no relocation or telecommuting available).
• Bachelor’s degree in photo design or related discipline required.
