New Hampshire Salary: $80,000–$120,000 A growing and reputable provider of medical imaging technology solutions is hiring a multi-vendor CT/MR Field Service Engineer to support its expanding customer base across the Northeast. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and forward-moving company that prides itself on delivering high-end imaging systems backed by exceptional service. The role offers a combination of on-site and regional field work with a focus on MRI and CT modalities across multiple manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities Act as the primary field service engineer for CT and MR systems across OEM platforms Respond to service calls under warranty, contract, or time-and-materials agreements Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair faults in a timely and effective manner Carry out preventative maintenance, installations, and upgrades in line with industry standards Build rapport with clinical teams and provide professional technical support on-site Document all service activity, parts orders, and reports promptly and accurately Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring correct usage and timely returns Stay updated with technical developments and ensure compliance with regulatory standards Ideal Candidate Previous experience working on CT and MR imaging equipment across multiple OEMs Background in engineering, electronics, military, or medical imaging field service Hands-on experience with system diagnostics, component-level repairs, and calibrations Confident working independently while also communicating effectively with technical teams Comfortable using standard computer systems and diagnostic tools Why Choose nGenium?
