Senior Mechanical Engineer; PE

The Turner Group is looking for a motivated Senior Mechanical Engineer (PE: HVAC & Plumbing) who brings curiosity, leadership, and technical strength.

• Delivery of mechanical projects from conception through final design.
• Follows and manages project budget, work plan, consultants, and schedule.
• Communicating with Project Team and Clients.
• Creates design solutions to meet all necessary design requirements and specifications.
• Creates and proposes scope and fee.
• Maintains a collaborative professional working relationship with the Project Team.
• Facilitate communication through meetings, minutes, and up‑date memos to Project Team.
• Ensure projects are following the office standards.
• Coordinates work efforts while ensuring that the team remains on schedule and budget.
• Construction administration to include processing of submittals, RFIs, and other project documentation.

• Minimum 8 years of designing and troubleshooting HVAC systems and leading design projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering.
• Professional Engineer license required.
• Experience in AutoCAD and Revit.
• A thorough understanding of drawings, details, and specifications.
• Technical experience in document coordination and implementation.
• Management experience integrating engineering and owner consultant teams.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Attentive to detail and accuracy.
