Are you a proven maintenance leader with a passion for reliability, safety, and operational excellence? We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance, reliability, power generation, and facility operations within a continuous manufacturing environment.
In this high-impact leadership role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of plant assets while driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting 24/7 manufacturing operations.
What You'll Do
- Champion a strong safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance
- Lead Mechanical Maintenance, Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I), and Power Plant Operations teams
- Drive equipment reliability through preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs
- Manage plant maintenance budgets, capital expenditures, and long-term asset improvement plans
- Oversee power generation, utility systems, electrical distribution, steam systems, and facility infrastructure
- Plan and execute major maintenance outages and shutdowns
- Lead capital projects from concept through completion
- Develop and mentor maintenance personnel while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Manage contractors, vendors, and engineering service providers
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Plant Leadership to achieve production and business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering discipline
- 10+ years of maintenance, reliability, engineering, or asset management experience within:
- Heavy Manufacturing
- Pulp & Paper
- Power Generation
- Chemical Processing
- Utilities
- Continuous Process Industries
🔹 Proven leadership experience managing maintenance teams in complex industrial environments
🔹 Strong knowledge of:
- Mechanical Systems
- Electrical Distribution
- Instrumentation & Controls
- Power Generation
- Utility Systems
- Asset Reliability Programs
🔹 Experience managing capital projects, maintenance budgets, contractors, and regulatory compliance initiatives
