Engineering Manager - Ancillary Products and Field Service

What You Will Enjoy Doing
- Coordinate with customers, engineering, production, and leadership to define scope, pricing, and deliverables for custom engineered solutions
- Manage the global Field Service team, including custom job builds, calibration schedules, engineering support, and sales objectives
- Lead vendor, customer, and internal communications to bid, quote, and execute projects, including equipment installations
- Develop, maintain, and organize complete custom-job documentation (manuals, drawings, schematics, software, calibration, safety standards)
- Ensure compliant project execution through commissioning, training, handover, and adherence to industry and regulatory standards (OSHA, NFPA, ASME, etc.)
- Manage project risk and change control, including change orders, HAZOPs, risk assessments, and Engineering Management of Change (EMOC) processes
What Makes You Great
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering (preferred) with 5+ years of machine design and project management experience
- Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally based on project workload
- Basic proficiency in 3D CAD software (Solid Works preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process equipment issues in industrial environments
- Knowledge of instrumentation, controls, and equipment installation, commissioning, and signoff
- Preferred experience with robotic automation, Thermal Spray / Industrial Gas systems, customer technical support, and credentials such as PE license or Project Management certification

Pay range: $115,000 - $130,000
