SUMMARY
This on-site position, based in Concord, NH, provides accounting support services for Drivetrain corporate entities and multiple post-bankruptcy, liquidating and litigation trusts in coordination with Drivetrain, LLC, in New York City and external partners. Specific work includes compiling financial reports and year-end tax reporting, recording book entries and financial transactions, conducting periodic account reconciliations, and coordinating audit activities. This full-time job has no supervisory responsibilities but operates as part of a small, multi-person accounting team, allowing for cross-training and PTO coverage.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Maintains books and records for Drivetrain corporate entities and numerous trusts
- Prepares and files quarterly and other financial reports
- Conducts financial transactions including opening bank and investment accounts, making deposits, and paying bills and beneficiaries by wire transfer, ACH or check
- Maintains and reconciles bank account registers and statements
- Coordinates required reporting with internal and external partners
- Prepares year‑end tax forms in coordination with external partners
- Assists in the preparation and filing of federal and state tax returns
- Coordinates required year‑end audits
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related major from a four‑year college or university, and five or more (5+) years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience preparing and filing Federal and state tax returns.
- Computer skills required:
Quick Books;
Microsoft Office Suite, including fluency in Excel. - Familiarity with bankruptcy processes a plus, but not essential.
