Orr & Reno, P.A., a New Hampshire law firm based in Concord, seeks a Billing & Accounts Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our growing financial operations team. Responsibilities include processing client invoices, billing, and accounts payable and receivable, as well as processing daily banking transactions, managing electronic payments and transfers, assisting with client trust account transactions, supporting monthly bank reconciliations, maintaining and updating financial spreadsheets, assisting with month-end close processes, and ensuring data accuracy across internal finance systems.

The successful candidate will have experience in a law firm, financial service institution or professional services environment, practical experience with billing and accounts receivable/payable, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision. The candidate should also be a team player who is detail-oriented and possesses exceptional organization and communication skills. General ledger knowledge is a plus. A strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required.

A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience is required. A two-year or four-year degree in accounting or business is also helpful but not required; relevant experience may be acceptable in lieu of a degree.

This is a full-time position onsite in our Concord, New Hampshire, office.
