With a strong focus on business development, you'll actively build your presence - developing deep relationships within your branch, connecting with the local Concord community and generating a consistent flow of opportunities through both internal partnerships and your own referral network.
Working closely with your branch team and specialist partners, you'll take ownership of your lending pipeline and manage applications end-to-end, playing a key role in driving both customer outcomes and lending growth.

As a Home Lending Executive based in our Concord Branch, you'll be visible across your branch and network, building strong relationships with customers, colleagues and referral partners while continuing to grow your presence as a senior lender.
You'll be empowered to take ownership of your performance, contribute to team success and play a key role in driving lending outcomes across the broader network.
What You'll Be Doing- Building and converting your lending pipeline through proactive business development and referral networks
- Leveraging your branch presence and internal partnerships to maximise every opportunity
- Leading high-quality lending conversations, including more complex scenarios
- Managing lending applications end-to-end with strong ownership and pace
- Developing and maintaining referral relationships both internally and externally
- Partnering closely with branch colleagues and specialist teams to deliver seamless outcomes
- Ensuring all applications meet credit policy, regulatory and responsible lending requirements
- Leading by example and contributing to a high-performing team culture
- Established home lending experience with a consistent track record of results
- Proven ability to build and convert a self-generated pipeline
- Confidence managing more complex lending scenarios end-to-end
- Strong commercial acumen and a proactive approach to business development
- Deep understanding of credit, policy and responsible lending obligations
- Ability to work at pace, manage multiple applications and prioritise effectively
- Strong relationship-building skills across both customers and internal networks
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to positively influence performance and culture
