The Merrimack is adding to our team of professionals and seeking a Commercial Loan Administrator to work alongside our talented team at our Main Office branch in Concord, NH. The incumbent will process commercial loan transactions from approval through closing, while working with our lending staff and customers.

Hourly rate negotiable based on level of experience

Commercial Loan Administrator: $22.60- $26.60

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for preparing and reviewing loan documentation to ensure accuracy, timeliness and full compliance with bank policy and regulatory guidance
  • Proactively support lending staff and customers by prioritizing daily workflows, addressing requests and ensuring an efficient loan process
  • Manage the loan process from approval through closing by coordinating with lending staff, attorneys, customers, loan operations, compliance and third parties to ensure timely and accurate completion of loan files
  • Preform ongoing loan servicing activities
  • Maintain complete and accurate loan and credit files
  • Prioritize and manage workload to meet established timelines and department service level expectations in a fast paced, high-volume environment
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • 1-3 years of related banking experience preferred
  • Previous experience in loan processing or closing preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
