Full-time position. Salary: $19.96 per hour – $26.41 per hour.
SummaryCoordinate, monitor, and maintain project and financial information for locally administered projects and other bureau-administered services and programs, including Block Grant Aid.
Qualifications- Minimum Qualifications: Equivalent combination of three years of education and experience after high school in business management, administration, accounting or related fields.
- License/Certification: Valid driver’s license.
- Other Requirements: Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) must meet hiring agency standards.
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn additional computer software.
- Maintain accurate financial records of State and Federal Aid Programs.
- Review, clarify, and explain Department services, program regulations and policies to federal, state, municipal officials, specialists, and the public.
- Coordinate transfer of technical data from engineering section to federal, state and municipal officials in the form of financial and engineering reports for individual projects.
- Prepare program status reports for distribution to federal, state and municipal agencies or officials.
- Monitor and track project activities to ensure compliance with program policies and procedures.
- Research, compile and summarize financial data and prepare reports and documents used in administrative decision‑making.
- May supervise one or more clerical employees.
