Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you help patients get well by implementing physical therapy programs and activities, following developed recovery plans, and delivering therapy treatments.

  • Implement and adapt physical therapy programs to meet individual patient goals.
  • Follow established recovery plans and adjust treatments as needed.
  • Collaborate with peers and refer patients to additional services when appropriate.
  • Ensure patients and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.
Qualifications

1. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.

2. Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Salary

USD $38.00 - USD $40.00 /Hr.
