Evaluates, assesses, and plans clinical nutrition care specific to adult outpatients with cancer. Provides nutritional information to staff, physicians, students, and the community individually and through group programs.

• Completes comprehensive nutrition assessments in accordance with licensure, scope of training and specialty and organizational standards
• Clearly communicates recommendations to the patient and clinical team through medical record documentation and other communication mechanisms
• Conducts patient and community education programs and support group presentations related to nutrition and cancer
• Researches and maintains knowledge base for latest developments in nutrition for oncology patients and for cancer prevention

• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university in the United States, required
• Major course of study in human nutrition, nutrition education, food and nutrition, dietetics, public health nutrition, or food systems management
• Previous experience in a clinical setting with some cancer patients, required
• Registration with the American Dietetic Association, and RD registration with the State of New Hampshire, required
• Excellent clinical documentation and successful usage of EMR systems, preferred
