KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a company in the Concord, NH area, searching for a Billing Specialist to join their team. This is a temporary, hybrid-eligible role offering exposure to billing analysis, quality assurance auditing, customer account research, and operational process improvement within a fast-paced customer operations environment.
Responsibilities- Reviewing and analyzing daily billing and quality assurance reports
- Researching customer billing discrepancies and performing corrective actions within internal systems
- Entering and tracking work orders related to customer account issues
- Preparing tracking reports and operational metrics for management
- Performing targeted customer outreach to resolve account discrepancies
- Intermediate Excel skills (filtering, sorting, formulas, basic lookups)
- Strong analytical, auditing, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume data entry
- Comfortable communicating with customers regarding billing and account issues
Up to $20/hr
