This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse at Health First Family Care Center, located in Laconia, NH. The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care by delivering routine clinical services and supporting patients with their healthcare needs. Responsibilities include conducting health assessments, administering treatments and medications, educating patients on health and wellness, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care delivery.
The role emphasizes maintaining accurate patient records and following all policies and procedures effectively.
- Clinical skills including patient assessment, medication administration, and creating care plans.
- Strong communication and patient education skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Organizational and critical thinking skills to manage multiple patient care tasks and respond to changing clinical situations.
- Basic proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and other healthcare software systems.
- Current RN license in the State of New Hampshire and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience working in a primary care setting and/or Federally Qualified Health Centers (preferred).
- Compassionate and team-oriented approach to patient-centered care.
