Seven Healthcare is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a supportive rehab team in Concord, New Hampshire . This full-time, permanent role offers steady day shifts, competitive pay, and the chance to help patients reach their mobility and functional goals.

Responsibilities
Assist the Physical Therapist in providing treatment plans
Deliver therapeutic exercises and interventions to patients
Track and document patient progress
Educate patients and families on therapy techniques
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team
Requirements
Active New Hampshire PTA license (or ability to obtain)
Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills
Prior clinical or rehab experience preferred
