Position: Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $2,430 per week in Concord, NH

About the Position

Shift:

12‑hour Night

Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

36 guaranteed hours/week

13‑week contract

May  float  to Laconia or Franklin campuses if needed

Responsibilities:

Provide  high‑acuity Med‑Surg/Telemetry care  (including respiratory patients).

Manage  4–5 patients  per shift (sometimes
6).

Monitor telemetry, perform assessments, administer medications, and document in EMR (Cerner preferred).

Respond to changes in patient condition and escalate appropriately.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (RT, physicians, etc.).

Complete required onboarding exam ( Dysrhythmia exam ) and maintain certifications (BLS required, ACLS preferred).

Requirements

Requirements for Submission
Experience

Minimum 1–2 years recent Med-Surg experience

Open to  1st‑time travelers

Will accept Critical Care RNs if comfortable with Med-Surg ratios

Licensure

Active NH or Compact RN License  (required at submission)

NURSYS  license verification (all active RN licenses)

Documents Required

Updated résumé showing  2+ years experience  & travel experience

Skills checklist (Med-Surg / Telemetry)

Driver’s license (address must match demographic info)

RTO must be included at submission

Certifications

BLS – Required

ACLS – Preferred

NHISS – Required before start

Must pass  Dysrhythmia Exam  during onboarding (80% preferred)

EMR

Cerner  preferred (not required)
