Are you a Business Analyst with a strong customer service mindset and a passion for cybersecurity operations?

We’re looking for a mid-level BA (7+ years) to support a key initiative focused on Entitlement Enrichment & Access Review – helping business partners validate and manage system access for their teams.

Support entitlement reviews by coaching business units on proper access documentation and policies, helping reduce risk across the organization.

• 5+ years in security, fraud, or risk-related roles
• 1+ year in a customer support or coaching function
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Understanding of access/entitlement management preferred
• Ability to build strong documentation (FAQs, training, etc.)
• Business-savvy, not overly technical
• Curious, analytical, and process-oriented
• Comfortable interacting 1:1 with stakeholders to resolve issues
• Organized and calm under pressure
