IT application support – Co‑op – 1‑year contract

Siemens Ruggedcom IT Support is looking for a highly motivated IT application support professional. The role involves providing onsite end‑user support for a variety of applications and systems in both office and factory environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily IT issues.
• Assist stakeholders with technical issues.
• Respond to computer and administrative questions from customers.
• Coordinate with other staff and users to support daily IT operations.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed

• Currently enrolled in a college diploma in Information Systems.
• IT helpdesk and/or customer service experience is an asset.
• Troubleshooting skills in Windows environments.
• Knowledge of network concepts.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with strong oral and written skills.
• Problem‑solving aptitude.
• Organizational and leadership skills.
• This role requires you to be on site at our Concord, ON location 100% of the time.

Hourly rate commensurate with experience, ranging between $22.70 CAD and $26.40 CAD.
