Responsibilities
  • Support and troubleshoot workstations, printers, network, and applications.
  • Support/install/upgrade software and hardware products.
  • Add/delete/maintain users on the network; creating Windows logins, setting up email accounts, assigning application access, and ensuring security.
  • Suggest training ideas for users based upon interaction from resolving support requests.
  • Able to react to change productively and handle other tasks or projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Must be self-motivated and require limited supervision.
  • Must have a polite and responsive manner to deal with user´s issues in a professional and courteous way.
  • Basic PC hardware knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
  • Basic software knowledge of Windows 10/11 and MS Office 365.
  • Basic understanding of network protocols.
  • 0-2 years’ experience in IT field. Degree a plus but not required. Certifications a plus but not required.
  • Must be accurate, detail oriented, possess excellent organizational and time management skills; and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English fluently. Bilingual (English/Spanish a plus).
  • Must be willing and able to work more than 40 hours per week depending on workload.
  • Must meet physical demands of the position including the ability to lift and handle up to 45 pounds of materials, bend, stoop, and stretch as required for placement and retrieval of materials or equipment on floor, shelving, and workstations.
