Overview of Job Function:

The Senior Director of Technical Delivery Solutions is a key leader responsible for defining, scaling, and optimizing all technical delivery functions within Verint's Global Services organization. This pivotal role provides strategic direction, operational leadership, and technical excellence across Verint's extensive solution portfolio.

The Senior Director is accountable for creating a global technical delivery strategy that ensures consistent and high-quality implementation of Verint solutions in various environments. This leader collaborates closely with Professional Services, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Support teams to ensure solution readiness, predictable delivery, and measurable customer value.

This role focuses on building a high-performing technical organization, standardizing global delivery frameworks, enhancing security and compliance, driving innovation, and enabling operational excellence across regions.

Principal Duties and

Essential Responsibilities:

Strategic Technology Planning & Delivery Leadership

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global strategy for technical delivery across Verint's product suite.

• Lead the standardization of technical delivery practices to establish a scalable enterprise-wide operating framework during periods of growth.

• Design end-to-end runbooks, operational playbooks, and delivery frameworks to ensure consistent and scalable execution across all solutions.

• Optimize delivery processes to enhance efficiency, quality, predictability, and customer outcomes.

• Implement automated quality-assurance systems to improve reliability and minimize manual efforts.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leaders to identify product gaps, influence the roadmap, and ensure alignment with cloud, AI, and automation strategies.

Team Leadership & Organizational Development

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate high-performing technical teams globally.

• Drive unified delivery practices across diverse regions through optimized workforce and capacity models.

• Establish a robust talent pipeline with cross-training programs, subject-matter expert development, and ownership of key product lines.

• Guide teams using expertise in Salesforce, Zendesk, APIs, JavaScript, AWS, and related platforms to create optimal customer solutions.

• Oversee the creation of enterprise-level documentation to enhance customer understanding and reduce support demands.

Operational Excellence & Resource Optimization

• Establish and uphold consistent delivery methodologies, technical standards, and best practices across all solution areas.

• Enhance global workforce efficiency through advanced resource planning and performance management.

• Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical delivery challenges, ensuring prompt resolution of critical issues.

• Ensure global teams have access to the necessary tools, training, procedures, and automation for efficient operations.

• Track KPIs, dashboards, and quality frameworks to monitor operational performance and promote continuous improvement.

Financial Stewardship & Strategic Investment

• Oversee the technical delivery budget, ensuring responsible financial management and ROI-driven decision-making.

• Evaluate major investments in cloud services, tools, and technology initiatives to balance efficiency with long-term value.

• Drive cost optimization initiatives based on performance data and automation opportunities.

Data Security & Compliance

• Establish and enforce enterprise-level cybersecurity and data protection standards across delivery teams.

• Implement frameworks for encryption, identity management, and access control in line with GDPR, CCPA, and relevant regulations.

• Conduct compliance monitoring and adjust policies to meet evolving regulatory and customer needs.

• Promote security awareness and reinforce secure development and delivery practices throughout the organization.

Innovation & Emerging Technology Integration

• Assess emerging technologies and lead pilots and controlled rollouts to validate operational value.

• Encourage a culture of experimentation and continuous learning within the delivery organization.

• Align innovation initiatives with corporate goals to enhance global delivery performance.

Vendor & Partner Management

• Maintain strong relationships with external vendors, cloud providers, and systems integrators.

• Negotiate contracts that maximize value and reduce risks while supporting operational goals.

• Leverage strategic partnerships to expedite implementations and co-develop capabilities.

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

• Establish KPIs measuring system performance, delivery quality, user experience, and operational throughput.

• Utilize data insights to identify opportunities for improvement and guide strategic planning.

• Implement monitoring systems that proactively detect issues before they impact customer operations.
