Overview
We re looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. If you have deep expertise in D365 CRM, Power Platform, Azure integrations, and enterprise architecture, we d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities- Design end-to-end architecture for Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
- Lead solution design and technical architecture discussions with business stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing CRM solutions
- Define architecture standards, governance, and best practices
- Architect integrations with ERP systems, Azure services, and third-party applications
- Design Dataverse data models, security models, and integration strategies
- Leverage Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to build enterprise solutions
- Mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure solution quality
- Support solution proposals, estimations, and technical pre-sales activities
- 10+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Solution/Technical Architect
- Strong knowledge of:
Dynamics 365 CRM Architecture - Knowledge of Dataverse, Entities, Forms, Views & Security Model
- Hands-on experience with:
Power Apps, Power Automate & Power BI - Experience with REST APIs, Middleware & Data Migration
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops, Git, CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service
- Knowledge of Customer Insights, Omnichannel, or Microsoft Copilot
- Pilot Enterprise CRM transformation experience
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect and Power Platform certifications are highly preferred
