003cpThe IT Communications & Value Analyst supports the transparency, communication, and value realization of Information Technology services and initiatives. This role produces clear, consistent, and actionable insights that connect IT work to organizational priorities, service performance, and measurable outcomes. Reporting to the Senior Manager, ITSM Process & Innovation, this role functions as a centralized coordination and enablement resource for IT communications, reporting, and data-driven transparency.
The Analyst supports consistent visibility into IT work, including initiatives, operational activities, and service performance, ensuring stakeholders have timely, accurate information to support decision-making and alignment.u003c/pu003eWhat You’ll cli Develop, prepare, and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and data packets in multiple formats (e.g., dashboards, written summaries, presentations) to support leadership decision-makingu

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent substantial progressive work experience, certifications, and education), Requiredu

Licensure/certification: ITIL Foundation Certification within 6 months of hire and Epic certification(s) in one or more application modules, Requiredu

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare IT environments with significant exposure to Epic EHR/Environments, Requiredu
