Formed in 2013, Resilient Buildings Group (RBG) works to improve the energy efficiency and resiliency of New Hampshire’s building stock. To do so, we work in partnership with rate payer energy efficiency programs, installation contractors, and building owners. We are a mission driven team that cares about what we do and values transparency above all else.
The Energy Auditor position will be responsible for conducting energy audits on both residential and commercial buildings to identify energy efficiency opportunities.
Responsibilities- Conduct BPI level energy audits of residential, multi-family, and commercial buildings.
- Document data collected onsite thoroughly with notes and photos.
- Identify potential health and safety hazards found onsite.
- Develop cost effective energy efficiency measures using utility approved modeling software.
- Produce proposals to customers for weatherization projects in a timely manner.
- Track customer communications and project statuses daily in company CRM system, ensuring any necessary follow-up.
- Network externally to build relationships with clients and contractors.
- Report to the job site/office on time, alert, on a daily basis.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
- Proficiency using a CRM system.
