• Manage >$5M annual spend across commodities, ensuring alignment with financial and business goals
• Lead and develop a team of buyers while driving procurement performance
• Partner cross-functionally with Production, R&D, and Engineering to ensure material flow and support new product development
• Analyze market trends and provide commodity insights to inform strategic decisions
• Build and manage strong supplier relationships, including negotiations, performance monitoring, and corrective actions
• Drive cost savings and operational improvements using total cost of ownership and continuous improvement initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent) and 3–5 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or related functions within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and understanding of procurement and operational processes
• Demonstrated strong negotiation, analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, with a positive and customer‑focused mindset
• Preferred:
  Supply chain certifications (e.g., ISM, CPM, CPSM) and experience in strategic procurement (domestic or global)
