Location:

Concord, CA

Schedule/Start times:

• Swings (2pm - 10pm, or 3pm - 11pm or 4pm - Midnight)
• Graves (9:30pm - 6:00am) (Includes Weekends)

Starting Pay: $27.50/hr + Lucrative Shift Differentials & Monthly Bonuses.

• Operating tow trucks safely and efficiently.
• Performing simple vehicle diagnostics to figure out the issue.
• Providing essential roadside assistance, including tire changes, fuel delivery, and vehicle lock‑outs.
• Building trust, problem‑solving, and being a calming presence for our members on the scene.
• Clear and proficient verbal and written communication even under pressure.
• Common knowledge of vehicle components and the common reasons for vehicle failure.
• Demonstrates problem solving and listening skills to evaluate member safety as well as the ability to discern safety issues and respond appropriately.
• Ability to drive a manual/automatic shift vehicle.

• No prior towing experience required! We provide top‑tier, paid training for the role.
• A customer‑first mindset and a passion for helping people.
• Willingness and flexibility to work the Swing or Graveyard shift (includes weekends).
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (where applicable).

• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.

• Works outdoors at vehicle sites when servicing vehicles.
• Lifting and carrying tires and parts, weighing up to 50 pounds, several times a day; bending, kneeling and stooping as required for service calls.
• Works in all weather and all traffic conditions.
• Vehicle recovery sites may be wet, messy and hazardous.
• Service Providers are required to provide a photograph for identification purposes.

#ERS - $27.50 hourly pay with potential to make up to an additional $1,900 per month with quality and productivity incentives.
