Job Overview

Tow Service Specialist – Mountain West Group (MWG).

Location:

Concord, CA.

Schedule:

2pm/4pm – 10:30pm/12:30am (includes weekends). Minimum 40hours per week, guaranteed hours.

Training will be provided.

• Base pay: $27.50/hr starting.
• Shift differentials: $0.75 to $1.50 per hour.
• Productivity incentives: up to an additional $1,900 per month.
• Guaranteed minimum 40 hours per week.

• Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently.
• Perform simple vehicle diagnostics.
• Provide roadside assistance, including tire changes, fuel delivery, and vehicle lock-outs.
• Build trust, solve problems, and remain a calming presence for members on site.

• Customer‑first mindset and passion for helping people.
• Willingness and flexibility to work 2pm–12:30am, including weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Will receive paid training for the role.

• Work outdoors at vehicle service sites.
• Lift and carry tires and parts up to 50 pounds multiple times a day.
• Regular bending, kneeling, and stooping during service calls.
• Work in all weather conditions and traffic environments.
• Vehicle recovery sites may be wet, messy, and hazardous.
• Must provide a photograph for identification purposes.
