Role Description

The Logistics Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Concord, NH. This position is responsible for planning, scheduling, and tracking shipments across various modes, ensuring on-time pickup and delivery. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with carriers and customers, updating shipment status in internal systems, and proactively resolving service issues or delays. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams on rate quotes, routing decisions, and documentation requirements, while maintaining accurate records of freight movements.

The Logistics Coordinator supports continuous improvement in operational processes and contributes to a positive, service-focused work environment.

Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess shipment options, track performance, and support data-driven decisions.
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to work with carriers, internal teams, and customers in a professional, timely manner.
  • Knowledge of Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management principles to support efficient movement and coordination of goods.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with transportation management systems (TMS), spreadsheets, and basic office software.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
  • Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or freight brokerage is preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in logistics, business, or a related field is a plus.
