Facilitech is hiring for a part‑time Evening Cleaner to work in a commercial office building in the Claremont, NH area. Established over 20 years ago, Facilitech is a leading provider of janitorial and cleaning services. • Trash removal
• Dusting
• Restocking supplies in restrooms, break rooms and coffee centers using only company approved products
• Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors
• Washing of windows, glass doors and mirrors
• Securing account at end of shift (alarms/locks/lights)
• Promotes and supports Foxfire’s company policies and procedures
• Ability to work well with a diverse group of people

• Replacing light bulbs
• Works with other departments
• Actively seeks out other tasks when current work is complete
• Participates in ongoing education and training
• Other duties as assigned

• Education or Experience - No prior experience or education is required
• Language Skills - Must have developed language skills to the point to be able to: read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, safety rules, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations.
• Mathematical Skills - Requires mathematical development sufficient to be able to: add, subtract, multiply and divide. Ability to perform these operations using standard units of weight, volume, money and distance.
• Reasoning Ability - Must have developed reasoning skills to be able to: apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to identify and solve problems involving standardized situations.

• Non‑slip safety shoes are recommended
• Ability to pass physical exam, lift test, pre‑employment drug test and criminal background check
• Requires walking and standing to a significant degree, reaching, handling, climbing, kneeling, crouching, stooping, talking, hearing, and seeing
• Lifting up to 50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying or transporting of objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Inside environmental office conditions protected from weather conditions. Potential exposure to cleaning chemicals, solvents, and/or fumes.
