Full-time, 10am-6pm

Maintain the general cleanliness and repair of The Guild School facilities, grounds, equipment, and vehicles under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor.

• Handle emergency breakdowns, such as plumbing or heating failures.
• Maintain neat and orderly supply rooms and keep supply inventory records.
• Perform minor repairs like broken windows, doors, equipment; painting; groundskeeping; minor carpentry; and maintain the cleanliness and safe operation of Guild vehicles and equipment.
• Appropriately use small tools and equipment.

• Regular attendance, including some weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Physically capable of performing lifting and related tasks.

• Experience in custodial maintenance duties.
• Interest in and ability to relate positively with multiple handicapped adolescents in a school setting.
• Valid Driver’s license.
