Production Associate Job Description
The Production Associate is responsible for the manufacturing of coils, assembly of finished products, and performing assigned soldering processes as required.
Responsibilities- Solder components, configure cabling and wires, with training provided.
- Manufacture products in compliance with production control documentation.
- Ensure the quality of work and meet all Quality System requirements.
- Assist with the movement of materials through workstations and label bins and trays properly.
- Ensure product meets current quality requirements.
- Document time to appropriate manufacturing orders, following process specifications and production rules.
- Proficiency in production and use of hand tools.
- Ability to perform general production and inspection tasks.
- Mechanical assembly skills.
- Strong hand dexterity and comfort using small hand tools.
- Ability to cross-train across the floor in assembly, soldering, wiring, and mechanical tasks.
Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player mentality.
- Good work tenure.
- Reliability in attendance.
- Capability to lift up to 20-30 pounds.
You will work with a variety of fields including electronics, semiconductors, and the military. There is an opportunity for advancement and to contribute solutions. The manufacturing floor is bright and clean.
Work EnvironmentThe work environment features an open concept manufacturing floor with separate workstations for each employee. Products flow from station to station. The shift is from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with Fridays allocated for overtime if needed.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Concord, NH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
