As Business Unit Automotive Solutions & Lamps we support our vision and strategy by expanding our leading position in the automotive lighting market in OEM and Aftermarket. We are in a global leadership position in the automotive lamps business in traditional and LED applications and offer industry leading products in LED lighting to global OEM customers (e.g. with exchangeable LED light sources).
We also tackle new growth opportunities in the Aftermarket with our automotive care and equipment portfolio.
- Operate manufacturing equipment with limited supervision
- Monitor machine performance and support daily production needs
- Use testing equipment and follow work instructions
- Maintain production, quality, and safety standards
- Train and support new team members as needed

- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM ($17/hr)
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM ($19/hr)
- 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM ($20/hr)
$0.50 / hour raise after 6-month successful review
Qualifications- Previous manufacturing or leadership experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to meet physical job requirements
