What We Do:

We’re looking for a Production Planning & Scheduling Manager to take ownership of our master scheduling and planning function, ensuring the right work flows through the shop at the right time, with the right resources.

• Own and drive the master production schedule across departments
• Balance demand vs. capacity in a high‑mix, fast‑paced environment
• Lead production planning and purchasing teams to ensure alignment and execution
• Optimize schedules based on material, labor, and machine availability
  
  Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements in throughput and on‑time delivery
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Operations, Sales, Quality, and Sourcing
• Support quoting efforts with production timing and feasibility input
• Monitor key metrics: schedule attainment, backlog, and production efficiency

• 5+ years in production planning/scheduling in a manufacturing environment
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Strong background in ERP/MRP systems and data integrity
• Experience in high‑mix, low‑volume manufacturing (job shop preferred)
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / AS9100 environments
• Ability to read prints and understand manufacturing workflows
• Proven ability to solve problems, manage priorities, and lead teams
