Production Associate
The Production Associate is responsible for the manufacturing of coils and the assembly of finished products, as well as performing assigned soldering processes. This role requires attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform soldering of components, and configure cabling and wires, with training provided.
- Manufacture products in compliance with production control documentation.
- Ensure the quality of work meets all Quality System requirements for assigned tasks.
- Assist with the movement of materials through workstations and properly label all bins and trays.
- Ensure that products meet current quality requirements.
- Document time to appropriate manufacturing orders, following process specifications and production rules.
Essential Skills
- Experience in production, hand tools, general production, inspection, and mechanical assembly.
- Entry-level candidates with strong hand dexterity are welcome.
- Comfortable using small hand tools for small part assembly and winding.
- Ability to cross-train across the floor in assembly, soldering, wiring, and mechanical tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player.
- Good work tenure and reliable attendance.
- Ability to lift up to 20-30 pounds.

Work Environment
The work environment is an open concept manufacturing floor with separate workstations for each employee. Product flows from station to station. The shift is from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for overtime on Fridays.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Concord, NH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
