Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – High Acuity Med-Surg / Respiratory Care Unit
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Shift)

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a High Acuity Med-Surg / Respiratory Care Unit. This 16-bed unit cares for patients requiring advanced respiratory support and higher-level medical-surgical acuity.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Med-Surg nurses and Critical Care RNs who are comfortable managing med-surg ratios and patient acuity. First-time travelers are welcome!

Travelers may be asked to float to:

• Concord Hospital-Laconia
• Concord Hospital-Franklin

• Unit Size: 16 beds
• Patient Ratios: 4–5 patients (occasionally
  6)
• Specialty: High Acuity Med-Surg / Respiratory Care
• EMR: Cerner (experience preferred, not required)

• Active NH or Compact RN License (required at submission)
• BLS Certification (required)
• NHISS (required prior to start)
• ACLS (preferred)
• Minimum 1–2 years Med-Surg experience required
  • Critical Care RN experience accepted if proficient with Med-Surg ratios and acuity
• Ability to pass a Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding (preferred score: 80%)
• Will accept first-time travelers
• Locals accepted (local rate applies for candidates living within 50 miles)
