Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – High Acuity Med-Surg / Respiratory Care Unit
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Shift)
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a High Acuity Med-Surg / Respiratory Care Unit. This 16-bed unit cares for patients requiring advanced respiratory support and higher-level medical-surgical acuity.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Med-Surg nurses and Critical Care RNs who are comfortable managing med-surg ratios and patient acuity. First-time travelers are welcome!
Travelers may be asked to float to:
- Concord Hospital-Laconia
- Concord Hospital-Franklin
- Unit Size: 16 beds
- Patient Ratios: 4–5 patients (occasionally
6) - Specialty: High Acuity Med-Surg / Respiratory Care
- EMR: Cerner (experience preferred, not required)
- Active NH or Compact RN License (required at submission)
- BLS Certification (required)
- NHISS (required prior to start)
- ACLS (preferred)
- Minimum 1–2 years Med-Surg experience required
- Critical Care RN experience accepted if proficient with Med-Surg ratios and acuity
- Ability to pass a Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding (preferred score: 80%)
- Will accept first-time travelers
- Locals accepted (local rate applies for candidates living within 50 miles)

- Updated resume showing 2+ years of specialty experience and travel experience (if applicable)
- Completed Skills Checklist (matching specialty)
- Copy of Driver’s License (address must match demographics)
- NURSYS Report verifying all active RN licenses
- RTO (Requested Time Off) included at submission
