Overview
Job Title:
RN – Medical Surgical
Rate:
Up to $2330.00 weekly
Location:
Concord, NH
Night Shift (12H)
Key Responsibilities- Assessing and monitoring patient health conditions.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Creating and implementing individualized patient care plans.
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to plan and evaluate patient care.
- Educating patients and their families about health conditions and post-discharge care.
- Assist with diagnostic tests, provide pre- and post-operative care, and monitor vital signs.
Education
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
Experience
- Prefer a minimum of two (2) years clinic experience
- Travel experience required.
Licenses/Certifications
- Have and maintain current licensure as a Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse within the state of employment.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain BLS, NIHSS required and ACLS certification.
- Will need to pass a Dysrhythmia Exam w/ 80% during onboarding
