Key Responsibilities - Travel Nurse
Deliver high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced Med Surg/Telemetry unit
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and patient condition
Administer medications and follow prescribed treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and support staff
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with facility protocols
Educate patients and families on ongoing care and discharge instructions
Respond calmly and efficiently to emergencies
Promote a supportive and compassionate environment for patients

Requirements - Travel Nurse
Active New Hampshire RN license or compact state eligibility
Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Med Surg/Telemetry
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to work day shifts in a fast-paced environment
Adaptable and focused in travel assignment settings
