Registered Nurse
- Operating Room (Day Shift)
Location: Concord, New Hampshire, 03301
Duration: 13-weeks contract
Shift: 10-hr Days | 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Weekly Pay Rate: $2,600-$2,800; (Negotiable based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating rooms and sterile fields for surgical procedures.
- Assist in the care and safety of patients before, during, and after surgery.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, reactions to anesthesia, and overall condition throughout the procedure.
- Ensure accurate surgical counts of sponges, instruments, and supplies.
- Communicate effectively with the surgical team, anesthesia staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Adhere to hospital policies, infection control standards, and best practices in patient care.
- Minimum Experience: 2 years recent acute care Operating Room experience (Required)
- Licensure: Active New Hampshire RN license or Compact State RN license (Required)
- Certifications (Required):
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NH State License
- Preferred Certifications:
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- EMR: Cerner experience preferred, but not required
- Travel Experience: Must have prior travel assignment experience (No first-time travelers)
- Will accept local candidates.
- Local Rate applies for candidates residing within 50 miles.
