Are you a Registered Nurse looking for a change of pace, flexible hours and a desire to make a difference in people’s lives? If so, this position is for you! NFI North is seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse for our largest Transitional Housing program in Concord.

This program is a residential treatment and day program. The Agency has a progressive reputation of providing comprehensive clinical, nursing, medical, case management, vocational, educational and peer support services and life skills to adults living with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI). Many of our participants get apartments and go to college with the support of our amazing staff team.

• Assist the psychiatrist and medical team with planning and implementation of medical and psychiatric nursing care for program participants.
• Provide direct medical and psychiatric nursing care.
• Conduct medical assessment of program participants.
• Document medical records and maintain accurate records.
• Administer medication and manage the program’s medical supplies.
• Work weekdays in a team environment with on‑call responsibilities.
• Emphasize caring for others and self‑care in an environment rich with opportunity and growth.

• Degree from an accredited School of Nursing (Associate’s or higher).
• Valid NH RN License.
• Experience with adults with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) preferred.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training (CEUs, certification and license fees paid).

• Enthusiastic – shows intense and eager enjoyment and interest.
• Detail Oriented – capable of carrying out a given task with all the necessary details to complete it well.
