Position Overview:

As a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), you will play an important role in supporting residents with daily living needs, assisting the nursing staff, and helping maintain a comfortable and safe environment. This position is ideal for an LNA who enjoys working in a resident-focused healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.

• Help residents with mobility needs, including lifting, repositioning, and transferring between beds, wheelchairs, and common areas.

• Support proper nutrition and hydration by assisting with meals, feeding residents when needed, and monitoring intake.

• Observe and document resident information including weights, skin condition, and general health status
  .

• Communicate any changes in a resident’s condition to nurses or supervisors promptly.

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of care provided throughout the shift.

• Follow infection prevention guidelines and facility safety policies.

• Contribute to a positive and supportive care environment while working collaboratively with other Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) and nursing staff.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Active LNA certification in the state of New Hampshire.

• Prior healthcare or long-term care experience is helpful but not required.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Compassionate, dependable, and attentive to resident needs.

• Basic knowledge of patient care practices and medical terminology preferred.
