Are you a Registered Nurse looking for a change of pace, flexible hours and have a desire to make a difference in people’s lives? If so, this position is for you! NFI North is seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse for our largest Transitional Housing program in Concord.

This program is a residential treatment and day program. The Agency has a progressive reputation of providing comprehensive clinical, nursing, medical, case management, vocational, educational and peer support services and life skills to adults living with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI). Many of our participants get apartments and go to college with the support of our amazing staff team.

Responsibilities

The RN is responsible for assisting our psychiatrist and medical team with the planning and implementation of medical and psychiatric nursing care for program participants. They provide direct medical and psychiatric nursing care, medical assessment of program participants, medical documentation and record keeping, medication administration and are responsible for managing the program’s medical supplies. In addition to working weekdays in a team environment this position has on‑call responsibilities.

Qualifications

Degree from an accredited School of Nursing is required; hold NH RN license and experience with the program population is preferred. We offer CEUs, pay for certification and license fees, ongoing professional development and training onsite and online.
