Overview

Licensed Practical Nurse – Long-Term Care, Concord, New Hampshire. This travel temporary assignment begins June 22, 2026 and runs for 13 weeks. You’ll guarantee 36 hours per week with a 3x12-hour night shift schedule. Weekly pay ranges from $1,280 to $1,349 per week. Setting: long‑term care (nursing home).

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policy.
• Monitor residents’ health status, identify changes, and report findings to the supervising nurse.
• Provide routine nursing care and support activities of daily living (ADLs) for residents as assigned.
• Document care accurately in the designated charting system and maintain complete, compliant records.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans.
• Ensure infection prevention, safety, and quality standards are upheld for all residents.

• Active LPN license in New Hampshire or eligibility to practice as an LPN in the state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred or as required by the assignment.
• Experience in a long‑term care or skilled nursing environment is preferred.
• Ability to work the night shift and participate in a travel assignment.
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills; ability to work in a fast‑paced LTC setting.
