Registered Nurse (RN)
Interim Health Care is currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide healthcare support within a middle/high school setting. The School Nurse will provide daily nursing care to students, respond to illnesses and injuries, administer medications, and help promote a safe and healthy learning environment.
This position is Tuesday-Thursday with specific dates needed. If you are passionate about working with children and looking for a rewarding nursing opportunity with a consistent daytime schedule, we want to hear from you!

- Provide nursing care and first aid to students and staff
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Monitor students with chronic health conditions and care plans
- Respond to medical emergencies and assess student health concerns
- Maintain accurate health documentation and records
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers
- Promote health and wellness within the school community
- Valid nursing license (RN) in the state of New Hampshire
- One year of clinical working experience within the last five years preferred
- Current CPR certification required
- Pediatric, school, or community health experience preferred
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs with no restrictions
- Must have reliable transportation
