Position Overview:We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. If you have a passion for caring for others and a commitment to excellence, this is the perfect opportunity to grow in your career.
Key Responsibilities:Supervise and support Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) in daily care activities.
Deliver patient-centered nursing care in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Administer medications, treatments, wound care, IV therapy, colostomy care, and tube feedings.
Monitor residents conditions and document changes, reporting to physicians and families.
Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and care planning.
Ensure all care provided aligns with Pleasant View Center s high standards.
Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program.
Current, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Hampshire (or eligibility for NH licensure).
CPR certification required.
Previous experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.
Flexible scheduling with 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available.
