Pleasant View Center, located at 239 Pleasant St, Concord, NH 03301, is seeking an experienced RN Nursing Supervisor to provide leadership, oversight, and high-quality nursing care in our long-term care community. Our nursing supervisors play a vital role in supporting staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining the highest standards of resident-centered care.

• Provide supervisory and/or direct nursing care to residents

• Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs), and Licensed Medication Nursing Assistants (LMNAs)

• Conduct clinical rounds on assigned units throughout the shift

• Provide and receive shift reports from licensed nursing staff

• Recognize and respond to emergency clinical situations and communicate with on-call leadership

• Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and Local regulations

• Assist with scheduling, admissions, and staffing as needed

• Investigate and report narcotic discrepancies

• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information

• Review and update care plans following changes in resident condition

• Lead or participate in Interdisciplinary Care Plan meetings

• Educate and support staff on nursing practices, procedures, and regulatory standards

• Current, active, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Minimum of three (3) years of clinical nursing experience; long-term care experience preferred

• Current CPR certification

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Knowledge of nursing practices, long-term care regulations, and standards of care

• Experience with Point Click Care  (PCC) preferred

• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions

• Professional, adaptable, and team-oriented approach
