Registered Nurse

Harris Hill Center, a Genesis Health Care skilled nursing and rehab facility in Concord, NH, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality clinical care to short-term rehab and long-term residents. In this team-oriented, resident-focused role, you'll complete assessments, administer medications, manage wound care, and lead individualized care planning with an interdisciplinary team. You'll supervise and support CNAs and other staff, ensure accurate documentation, and promote dignity, safety, and comfort.
