CNA – LTC​/SNF

Certified Nursing Assistant

Provides essential patient care and assistance in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting, supporting nursing staff and ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Observe and report patient conditions and changes to nursing staff.
• Follow infection control procedures and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Support nursing staff with basic medical tasks and documentation.
• Ensure patient safety by adhering to facility policies and protocols.
• Properly identify and badge patients, maintaining compliance with facility requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification or license recognized by the state.
• Successful completion of a COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption documentation.
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively in a team.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to lift, move, and assist patients as needed.
