The Telemetry Medical Surgical Float nurse position is located in Concord, New Hampshire. This role involves providing specialized nursing care across medical-surgical units, with a focus on telemetry monitoring and patient assessment. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting multiple units as needed.

BLS and ACLS required; NHISS needed prior to start - Licenses:
Active NH or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license required at time of submission; validity verified through NURSYS report with all active RN licenses - Required Qualifications:
Active NH or Compact RN license, 2+ years of experience in medical‑surgical nursing or critical care (with fluency in care of med‑surg ratios & acuity), current certifications (BLS & ACLS), experience with Cerner electronic medical record is preferred not required, and the ability to pass a Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding with a preferred score of 80% - Additional Information:
Candidates may be required to float to alternate locations including facilities in Franklin or Laconia, NH. RTO (Reasonable Time Off) must be included at the time of submission.
